About the event
Join the Winchester Area NAACP in examining our current political situation through the lens of the history of our Constitution. This film examines the legacy of cases like Plessy v Ferguson and illustrates how the interpretation of the US>S Constitution has led to an increase in government power and a decrease in individual liberty. A discussion with Virginia candidate from Districts 31 and 32 will follow.
